Genealogical Pits I Have Fallen Into and How to Avoid Them! A GSBC program. (online event) Online

Genealogy is a great treasure hunt, but sometimes the clues are easy to misunderstand, or to miss altogether.

Learn to dodge eight obstacles that can get in your way. According to the program's presenter, Pam, "Here's your chance to learn from my mistakes without making them yourself!"

Presented by Pam Vestal, a professional genealogist and speaker from West Linn, Oregon, and the owner of Generations Genealogy, LLC. After 20 years as a professional writer, Pam turned her full attention to her longtime love of genealogy. Since that time, her articles have appeared in the Association of Professional Genealogists Quarterly and FGS's Forum Magazine, and her lectures take her all over the country.
