It's important to know best practices for developing and embedding visuals in a variety of projects. Learn basic approaches for creating accessible charts, graphs, images, and maps. (Session will not go in-depth with how to use data tools.)

Learn:

  • differences between types of visualizations
  • resources available through the NSU Libraries
  • suggested tools and which are freely available
  • sample writing style rules
  • recommended skill sets
