Health and Wellness: The Link Between Chronic Stress and Autism Spectrum Disorder

However, one of the silent causes of daily collapse in function is chronic stress. This webinar will provide a snapshot on the link between the importance of sleep, the gut-brain access, exercise, the limbic system, diet, and Autism Spectrum Disorder and how chronic stress can hinder any potential in improvement in quality of life.
