POSTPONED - Writing a Business Plan

POSTPONED - Writing a Business Plan In-Person

Creating a business plan can seem like a daunting exercise, but it is an essential part of ensuring your business is successful and profitable. While each business needs a unique plan, the basic elements are the same. This seminar will take you through the step-by-step process to develop your own business plan. The finished project is an operating tool to help manage your business and enable you to achieve greater success, and can serve as an effective communication tool for financing proposals. This session is taught by NSU adjunct professor of the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship, Miguel Orta, who had consulted and been involved in business projects in 30 countries.
