About the Event

Even in Sci-Fi or any other genre there is a protagonist and villain. The villain can be a catastrophe on any outside force and not a single person. The same is true with the protagonist, hero or the good person (even if they have issues). Defining these roles (even if you may not know the villain yet, it is the cause/motivation) in advance is critical.

CHARLES TODD were a mother-and-son writing team who live on the east coast of the United States. The New York Times Best Selling author of the Inspector Ian Rutledge Series and the Bess Crawford series, Charles continues the series with A Christmas Witness, October 21, 2025 and more to come. He has published over forty titles including two stand-alone novels, an anthology of short stories and over twenty short stories appearing in mystery magazines and anthologies worldwide. His works have received the Mary Higgins Clark, Agatha, and Barry awards along with nominations for the Anthony, Edgar, and Dagger awards.
