Discover the Hero of a Thousand Faces Project. An exploration of diverse narratives shaping the perception of Black men. Join us to uncover untold stories and celebrate the impactful contributions of Black men from various backgrounds.

Our January speaker is:
Dr. Alexandre Forges - Entrepreneur & Philanthropist
Dr. Forges is a multifaceted professional whose career spans various fields, all connected by a passion for service, education, and empowerment. As a licensed counselor, Dr. Forges has dedicated himself to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, personal development, and life transitions, using his expertise to positively impact lives on both a personal and community level.
In addition to his counseling work, Dr. Forges is a published author, having contributed meaningful insights and knowledge in his writing. His works focus on subjects related to mental health, personal growth, leadership, and community development, reflecting his deep understanding of these areas and his desire to share that knowledge with a broader audience.
Driven by a commitment to education and providing practical resources, Dr. Forges founded Forge Sports Academy (FSA). The academy serves as a pipeline for athletes who may have missed out on their first chance to earn an athletic scholarship. Dr. Forges’ life work embodies a mission of empowerment through service, education, and second chances, particularly for student-athletes who need a structured pathway to pursue their dreams.
