About the Event

Join us to learn game development with Java-Script. Using the Code Guppies platform, participants will learn to build mini-games and understand coding logic.

No previous coding experience is required. This class is designed for teens, ages 13-18. A computer will be provided and participants will receive a PDF containing the course material. This class will be offered once a month, on the first Monday of the month.

Instructor Bio: Marian Veteanu began coding over 30 years ago with BASIC on an 8-bit home computer. Since then, he has worked as a professional software engineer, mastering various programming languages and developing a wide range of software, from games to web-based business applications. In his spare time, Marian teaches programming and game development to code newbies on his @codingadventures YouTube channel. His JavaScript lessons are designed to provide young coders with the same enjoyable experience that early home computers once offered to countless aspiring developers.
