Robert Sepulveda's journey is as diverse and vibrant as his heritage, combining the rich cultures of Colombia and China. Born in New Jersey and raised in Miami, he’s a true global citizen with a knack for blending personal and professional growth in the most fascinating ways. An FIU alumnus, Robert kicked off his career by making waves in private banking. He and his team successfully launched Stonegate Bank’s first branches in Miami, setting a new standard in Coral Gables and Doral. But Robert’s ambition didn’t stop there.

Driven by a passion for innovation, Robert moved to Singapore and started his entrepreneurship journey. Immersing himself in the startup ecosystem, he was part of the founding Startup Leadership Program in Singapore. His participation in the Lean Startup Machine in Kuala Lumpur was a standout, where he won first place for Explr—a travel app designed to connect people based on personality traits to share travel experiences abroad. Returning to Miami, Robert brought his global experiences home. As the founding principal of Explr Financial Services, he’s dedicated to helping entrepreneurs—from solo business owners to high-growth companies—organize their finances and strategize for success. His expertise extends beyond numbers; he’s a trusted advisor who believes in the power of integrity and trust.

Robert’s commitment to personal development led him to create Weekly Men’s Circle. This platform offers men a space to speak their truths, listen actively, and support each other. Whether it’s through weekly meetings, monthly dinners, or the much-anticipated annual retreats, Robert fosters a community where men can grow and thrive together. But Robert’s impact doesn’t end there. He’s deeply involved in real estate, managing properties that support entrepreneurial endeavors. He’s also an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi, contributing to both local and international chapters.

On a personal note, Robert’s life is filled with love and new beginnings. He recently married his best friend from university, Diana, and is a proud stepfather to a 12-year-old daughter. They’re eagerly awaiting the arrival of their baby boy in September. Throughout his travels in Asia and South America, Robert learned the importance of being true to oneself. His mission is to surround himself with positive, loving people who strive to be their best and help others do the same. This vision drives everything he does, from financial advising to personal development.

CreativeZen was born out of a desire for Choose954 to connect, engage, and inspire our local creative community with support from Nova Southeastern University's Alvin Sherman Library and their Circle Of Friends board. We open the doors 30 minutes before the talk starts to mix, meet, and mingle with fellow likeminded members of our community.
