CONFIRMED Registrants: Your spot is held until the program start time. Once the program begins, we will fill in open spots until the program reaches capacity. Please plan to arrive at the library approximately 15 minutes before the start time to ensure adequate time to park and check in before the program begins. If you are no longer able to attend the program, please click on the cancellation link below or call the Public and Community Services reference desk at (954) 262-5477.
WAITLISTED Registrants: If a confirmed attendee cancels their registration, the first waitlisted participant will move to the confirmed registration list and will receive a confirmation email. If you receive an email stating you are now confirmed, you must check in before the program start time. Once the program begins, we will fill in spots on a first-come, first-served basis according to waitlisted attendees who check in at the Public and Community Services reference desk. If you remain on the waitlist, you are welcome to arrive at the library in case there are last-minute cancellations or no-shows which will free up a spot. Please note that we cannot guarantee a spot will become available.
In order to ensure high-quality programming, we must limit enrollment at programs that require registration. Unfortunately we cannot accept registration from camp groups for these programs, even if the children are registered individually. If you are interested in arranging a visit to the library for your camp, please contact plsrefdesk@nova.edu.
