Francine Sweet, the epitome of resilience and transformation, is a certified Mind, Body, & Spirit Coach. After losing over 135 pounds following her 60th birthday, Francine has become an inspiration to many, proving that it’s never too late to embark on a journey towards better health and well-being.

In addition to her coaching, Francine is a passionate children’s book author, weaving tales that captivate young minds. She also owns a travel agency, sharing her love for exploration and adventure on social media, YouTube, and in her upcoming books. Her life experiences, including overcoming significant traumas, enable her to guide others from merely surviving to truly thriving.

Based in Plantation, a prime travel hub just 15 minutes from the airport and cruise port, Francine enjoys spending time with her 13 wonderful grandchildren. When she’s not traveling, she dedicates her time to speaking engagements and helping others plan their next adventures, whether through individual or group trips, or Creativity and Wellness Retreat Cruises designed to enhance their quality of life.

CreativeZen was born out of a desire for Choose954 to connect, engage, and inspire our local creative community with support from Nova Southeastern University's Alvin Sherman Library and their Circle Of Friends board. We open the doors 30 minutes before the talk starts to mix, meet, and mingle with fellow likeminded members of our community.

Every Creative Zen event includes a complimentary guided meditation before a short inspiring and thought provoking talk during the second Friday morning of the month. All Creative Zen events are free of charge and open to the community, being creative is not required!
